Dude i have a problem. I gather fat in the area of my ass. Whatever i do i cant lose it. I started 1 hour running 8km 3 4 times a week. I my diet is really good. I think im stuck and the reason is genes i guess because i took almost everything from my mother and few things from my dad. Any tip?
I prefer face to face help. I need someone to fully take control of my meal schedules, sleep schedules, postures, exercise schedule and be here physically to kick my ass if I stop.
Here's one. I can do several chin-ups but my pull ups are 1 max. How do I work it up to 10 and above. What else can I do besides putting in 1 pull up every hour or so?

I have hypermobility and my knees are hurting back again but now my coxis also hurts. I cannot longer take walks and i cannot do impact nor weights (maybe just small one). What can I do? I have tried to walk like a lion in a cage but it doesn't help (and I'm sure turning constantly has fucked up one of my knees)

Lol I have a question. My goal is to reduce body fat. I have pretty nice concentrations of it around the hips, inner thighs and belly. I was loosing weight and now I am at 51.8kg, which is pretty normal I would say. However, it feels like I will have to loose weight until like 49 kg to actually get rid of that concentrated fat. Is that normal? Looks like the weight would be pretty low at that time?
I don't have access to a gym as in I'm broke and can't afford gym membership. I would love to lose around 10kgs. I'm 175 cm tall and weigh 88 kgs. I walk about a mile or so in half an hour everyday. I can do around 10 push ups in a row. How can boost the weight loss rate?
I’m training now for years but is can’t just keep myself motivated anymore to reach my goals. Even when I’m taking a break for some weeks or a month. Some times I’m in the gym and I’m doing almost nothing. How can I get motivation?
