They are reviving a Hughs Wolverine who had a perfect ending, in a mostly, dark, gritty, depressing movie and bringing him into a franchise where they make dick jokes.

They made such a big deal out of him leaving the role, if he goes back just a few years later I think it's going to soil both Logan and Hugh Jackman himself.

They do movies by tested formula, based on marketing researches, add tons of fan service and anchors, spend tons of money on PR just to bait you into theater.
