For those who are wondering, it is a good demonstration of the perfect gases equation : P x V = n x R x T Where P is pression V is volume n is the amount of mass concerned R is the perfect gasses constant T is temperature We are in a closed environnement, so n is always the same, and R also (it's a constant value) When the piston is pressed, P and V will variate. Since its an equation, the other side will change too. And the only value capable of change is T So, when you increase pressure rapidly, temperature also rise at super speed. *Flies away*

If you have earrings like that, please don't teach me shit.
03/10/22
i could agree to the gay ass haircut and shirt, but those earrings... they dont work for him. juts a more modest ring-style earrings would totally fit the picture, but not this

But after a number of uses the oxygen will be depleted and it wont work anymore right?
03/10/22
That's for internal combustion. How do you set anything on fire with it ?
03/10/22
No, you can create a fire out of fuel, oxygen and heat. Like always.

It's called fire piston a device of ancient south east Asian origin.

These thing are about 250 years old.

As for the title - no and if the air was anything it'd be compressed, being the closest thing to an opposite here
