I would have to try it but that does not look good on the wrist. But it might just be the guy using it.

So it's a splitting axe that can't be used for anything else? Well it does seem to split things well at least.

Just use a floppy axe for more kinetic energy

you dont want the axe to fucking twist everytime it hits something. unless your childhoold dream is to have carpal tunnel or break your wrist permanently.

but like the idea of using old tires to mitigate flying wood after chopping.

Axes are like crocodiles. Not much have change for thousands of years because the design is already optimal for what it is. There's a reason why there isn't any big changes from it's design.

Too easy. What kind of wood was that, a fucking balsa?
10/10/22
Would that be bd for axe sharpness?
10/10/22
That looks like a wrist breaker there, especially if you have a knots in the trunk and aren't aware of it.

simple name please.
10/10/22
Yeah... my problem is that it's terrible for... other purposes.

Very specific application for that tool but still very cool. Well done.

I still got to use the normal axe to make wood to heat my house and my son plays with the smaller one and we are ok with that
