My gf loves to browse TikTok and that’s completely fine. I game for hours, watch memes, she enjoys watching random vids and that’s cool.
We still spend time together in bed, watching anime/shows/movies, will both play with our cats and go out to places.
Some people mentally recharge by random shit, who honestly gives a shit as long as you’re not getting cucked.
My ex was like that all the time. She was on her phone so fucking often but as soon as I booted up my PC or pulled out my phone, she instantly wanted something from me. Other than that she was a really lovely person most of the time, but this shit drove me insane
My wife is very social and I'm not. The pandemic changed almost nothing for me and a lot for her.
So, once things got better, she started to go out to classes, with friends, etc. We had a period of adjustment because she will go out, leave me at the kids at home doing what we wanted and expected full attention when getting back.
I had to talk to her: "you have your activities, we have ours, you getting back home doesn't mean our activities have to end."

We do stop and have family time when she arrives. But not immediately as she expected
