Is that some pre-release footage you found on Google? Because it's not Dune 2 or 2000 as those had 2D graphics, and it doesn't look like Emperor either.

I`ve played it back then but mainly because of the Dune franchise not the gameplay
The last good RTS i`ve enjoyed was Supreme Commander Forged Alliance, but luckily imo this genre ages very good and you can still enjoy the old gems
