Bunch of fucking idiots with opinions here. There isn't really enough information to know if this is a good idea or a bad idea. Perhaps OP could link to some information about this machine.

Stupid idea, automation work way better when you make it bigger. An automated factory can likely have massively better yield. It'll be easier to maintain too, you know, to avoid bio hazard fator. Some part of the automation chain are sometimes stupidly difficult to automate, and keeping some human action within the chain is sometimes perfectly pertinent too, making the whole much more efficient.

It needs steady electricity... in a developing environment, nah... the concept is good but the cost of power consumption is too high atm. Maybe if the model is scaled waaaayyyyy down, make it a household item, could work... I think... it will be competing with existing firms selling cookware

Considering how shitty usa bread is and the fact you made it so awful because of this machine, I'd say is a shitty idea

Terrible idea. 10 breads an hour is ridiculously slow for the space it accupies.

On this scared it's probably a bad idea. Maybe this is more a proof of concept?

For waste i guess it could be a thing, only making enough bread for customers buying it. But we already have factories with machines making bread, and local bakers handles the rest. This just seem like taking something that works and making it smaller and worse
