About 15 years ago I did had similar job at steel and concrete manufacturing facility, we were making all kind of steel and concrete parts including concrete electric poles and each pole had armature going from one end to another and to fit it in place it would have electricity running through it until it would get red hot and expand and then we would sling it in a location in couple seconds before it would shrink, each pole had 4 pieces of armature like in picture. Good times
