Concrete ties appear to be crumbling. The high heat has removed hydrogen atoms from the concrete to form anhydrous limestone. Those will have to be cleared away and new ties installed. Maybe the concrete supports underneath all that gravel are okay, but it must be check and probably replaced anyway

I don't know. Looks like normal typical Russian railroad bridge to me. Are you sure it was hit by something?

Remember, it's Russian we are talking about, their brain doesnt work like a normal person. It might look unrepair to us, but with Russian manpower they can carry the train and move by foots across the bridge. Orcs, together, strong!!
