Take some vitamins man. Multi b complex can help with energy, d in the winter, I take gingko and I have a sharper mind than many around me, fish oil is good too for brain and heart health. You can take gensing or ashwagana (not sure if thats spelled right) for anxiety and magnesium helps with tension, jaw clenching/teeth grinding/night grinding.
A simple multivitamin is good too for overall health. Drink plenty of water too. You will feel better in weeks. Don't waste your life by only working.
I don't like going to somewhere to spend my vacation cuz after that you always feel tired, I don't like too spend my vacation with sleeping too, if I sleep I won't even get to experience the day, so I just spend my vacation day to daydream or just watch the wall/the scenery around my house, basically doing nothing but to stare the wall
