ME2 last mission was awesome, your choices during the game affected how would reach the place and your choices there were also very critical... ME3 gave the sensation the last mission would be on this level of wholesomeness, I was hoping to see random characters and forces I helped during the game intervening in critical situations, but nothing, it only affects the ending, it was very lame
I was disappointed that the reapers were defeated. It was cheap. All the series they were depicted as unyielding, unstoppable force beyond human understanding, who always had a backup plan.
However, the Protheans had managed to fight for about a hundred years, and they were hit by the Citadel relay attack, unlike the current galaxy. I think that even a chance to get a long war would have been a victory itself for the civilizations of the galaxy. There was no need to conclude the trilogy with a total defeat of the reapers.
Looks like Mass effect 4 is going to be set after the reaper war. Think how the galaxy has changed since that. Humans, turians, krogan would dominate citadel politics because they contributed the most in the war.
Salarians and assari would lose influence because they hesitated and kept prothean tech secret. Quarians working with the geth and emerging as a new superpower. Krogan overpopulating after the cure, wanting to expand. No more hegemony looking over batarians who become peaceful...
A very tense cold war situation could arise, with endless story possibility.
+At the end of me3 liara mindfucked Shepard so there could be a daughter long into the future. Imagine everyone expecting from this kid to fill her fathers shoes because she's Shepards daughter, no pressure
That's what I got, any more ideas guys. What do you expect from me4
