So, anyone can get skinny with the right training. However, it’s important to have the correct training, it’s not any joker calling himself personal trainer who can do it.
Secondly there ARE different metabolisms. My wife eats soups and cucumbers, is very careful, goes to Zumba 2 times a week and goes on long walks.
I can eat junk food every day, i don’t do any sports. I won’t ever gain weight. My wife goes to Italy for a week on holiday and she will gain 2 kg.
Don’t mock people trying to loose weight. It’s harder for some than others.
It can happen if you're fat and start working out that your muscles develop under the fat pushing it out, making you look fatter. Particularly if you never really exercised much before.
But more likely it's diet, exercise can only do so much if your diet is bad and exercising can build your appetite too. It's easy to tell yourself that unhealthy food choices are justified becasue you worked out but in truth diet is far more important to weight loss than exercise is.
