this video is from finland. the reason why the guy is not shooting the rabbit, is because he is training and/or evaluating the dog in an irl environment.
secondly, you DO NOT shoot at anything when you know it has something behind it, that you do not intend to hit. meaning he could've not shot the rabbit, because the dog was running behind the animal. he would've risked shooting his own dog as well for fucks sake!
the dog is trailing the rabbit by sight alone, which is an error (that the owner will not praise the dog for). it should be trailing by sight and smell!
you fuckers know fuck all about hunting and you should take a look in the mirror and be ashamed for even the attempt to reason with this. you clearly understand nothing about hunting!
Not seeing it as it passed it by, eh, can get a pass…but not seeing it as it’s running towards it in close distance like that. Movement right in front of it, in a straight line. Is this breed of dog sickly because of human genetic engineering ? Poor creatures.
