In today's sprint review I was full on ready to be chewed out about a ticket not being done. Instead I git several praises for trying my best, delegating the work, and addressing the problems in communication. Imposter syndrome, lack of self confidence, and being too hard on yourself is real. Recognize it, accept it, and work on believing in yourself
the more years i am at compamy the more i realize that nobody cares for anything really. the problem start when fuckups happens or lack of money. in remaining cases employers work is to keep you working and happy enough so you dont leave. thats why they tell you that you are valuable etc.
for example i was procrastinating for months .. and i was told i am valuable member of team and all that bs. they dont care .. the worst nightmare is that people start leaving .. so the managers sugarcoat your feelings now and then .
