The Real athletes are the one with Big legs not Big arms.
Also people with girlfriend and a job dont have Time To go to the gym everyday.
That's why
No need to lift.
Only need pushups, pullups, dips , squats....and maybe some crunches when you feel like it.
No need for gym membership and still stay fit.
