Maybe if dudes stopped calling other dudes pussies for having feelings men wouldn't feel like no one cares. A lot of the time people with depression convince themselves no one cares despite having family or friends that would care if they actually said something about. Nobody's a mind reader, and you can't expect them to know you're struggling if you don't say something. A bit more acceptance of men's feelings would be great, but it needs to come more from guys than anyone else. If your pal can't share that he's having problems with you, there's obviously some signal you're giving off that gives him the impression you wouldn't care, or he's got into his own head and convinced himself you don't. Guys not telling others guys to suck it up and deal with it are half of the solution to the problem, but the other half is the person with the issues taking responsibility for how they feel and seeking help rather than wallowing in it and expecting someone else to pull them out
No body knows more than a man the pain, the trials and tribulations that men go through the anguish the ridicule that a man receives when he admits he's not alright. It feels like a nightmare where you fall but you never wake like the world crashes and every word of negativity plays endlessly in your head whilst you struggle with life's bullshit. But you maintain composer and laugh yourself through what life you have. Smiles is the key no one will notice, stay strong, it's imperative and don't let it show you hurt. Pretend you live for the day, pretend you live for yourself. Lie and survive whilst you can. Others depend on you to be happy
We all need friends or family that actually care. If u cant speak up about ur problems cuz ur a man. Go to a place where ur completely anonymous. There are anon people who will go out of their way to help because theyve been helped the same way
