Listen to her, let her talk it out. Be a good listener. Don't fight with bears. Maybe she has already have answers or solutions not knowing yet. Maybe she has a loving aunt or someone from family. Don't take a responsibility and burden on your shoulder that will drop you to your knees later.

It’s not about having a job. You need to show you have conviction to support her in her bad times like this. Try to learn the dispute fully. Wreck your brain to come up with an answer. Help her resolve it. And until it is resolved, support her physically as best as you can.
