You can literally just command her to move elsewhere

Some rooms are too small and even walking into the furthest corner won't unblock the door way. Even if you shout at her, not always effective. Sprinting into her side few times usually does the trick

I was once trapped in a cel because Lydia wouldn't move. Couldn't leave. All praise Fus Ro Dah!
