It's probably more to do with fetishizing certain mental disorders to appear quirky or unique. It's a weirder phase than being emo 15 years ago but I'll take it over cutting tits or dicks off.

I think lots of people are narcissistic now. Like they amount of disregard for others and the levels of apathy are insane.

ers : All this young people have a mental disorder, nobody can be this stupid/lunatic/leftist and have a good mental health Also ers : They fake mental disorder because it's fun to be unproductive in a society where everyone judges you on your productivity

A lot of things are a mental health issue, like grieving a loved one that died. Having some anxiety from being physically bullied a lot. Being depressed over a huge breakup for months. These are mental health issues, but it doesn't mean that a person is mentally ill. I think people are getting the two mixed up

Sure, but normalization of mental disorders has certainly contributed.

Have you looked outside, in the real world ?

Who cares about crying men? Useless beings like Jordan Cringerson

I feel 90% of the people I know either have depression or some other mental thing-

This sounds like a problem for ones diagnosing to solve than the kids. Kids lie, if you're the parent you should be able to tell.

I have the opposite issue. I didn't know I was dyslexic until I was 19 years old. My mom asked, "so.. Is there a cure?". Psychologist mentioned there is not something you cure, the only issue is problems reading and a different way of thinking. But since I was able to finish school and start university, looks like I fixed the issue by myself. I didn't have an excuse, I just had to try harder. So, I do know my kids have issues (my daughter also has dyslexia and my son has sensory issues). They know they have issues, we just don't tell them the name or the details of it, so they can't use it as an excuse.

So what you mean is that they dont have a mental disorder, while immediately bringing the argument that they indeed do have a mental disorder. Thats legit

Many of the young people's entire personalities should be classified as mental disorders
20/10/22
Many of the young people do not have a mental disorder, they live in precarious situations with dysfunctional or no family at all, superficial friends and existential dreads.

It is because they are raised behind a screen that doesn't slap the shit out of them. And learned them life lessons. Like tone
