It happend to friends of my parents.
They are a foster family (wife can't have child) and they received 2 orphan georgians kids (parents died in geogia war). They were like 7 or 8 when they arrived.
One kid did integrated well, he learnt french and made friends, the older one had see pure horror and was.. unstable to say the least.
One night they came home, and he became ultra violent, he destroyed everything in rage and blackeyed the mother. They lost thousands and were scared.
But they were strong, the kind of people which have way too much heart for our planet. They kept going with both of the brothers.
They condensed every inch of love they could, and helped through mental medical treatments and everything they could.
Today, the same kid have a stable girlfriend, and welcoming 2 ukrainians refugees (mother and daughter) while working as a mecanic. The brother became a sauce-chef in famous restaurant.
Both of them making a sterile couple the most proud parents I've ever seen.
I dont care if he is 15 , 62 or 8 years old. He will get a beating that will end in the hospital. That motherfucker will need how to learn to walk again.
I have severe ADHD and I live in a slavic household in a western country. Imagine just growing up seeing everywhere freedom and in your house your always yelled at for whatever reason etc...
Because of my psychological trouble, I got so angry that I almost killed someone because of cumulation of injustice, gaslighting and manipulation from my family.
If his phone became his drug, either it is because of a dopamine problem (adhd) or he is fleeing something and when you're young it's usually the reality of your house and sometimes, like me, it's both.
This kid is ill, need an according punishment to what he did but also need to be listened to because no one living normally or being psychically normal would do that.
This is behavior that would be expected from removing an addict from their drugs. It's a painful reminder that the internet is designed to release endorphins that can become a debilitating psychosis.
