"Take care of yourself" means the following btw: - Proper Hygene... smell can make a big first impression, especially when negative - Proper Haircuts (doesn't mean nothing too out of the ordinary, just don't look like a bear between the legs and wash your hair occasionally....)... you might also wanna get an air dryer if you have longer hair, makes your hair look a bit nicer - I would actually go as far as you might wanna do a bit of martial arts or another sport that is done with others (Badminton/Tennis, Football...whatever tickles your fancy), it will give you confidence and you can make some buddies/can do some small talk with other people, for some you don't even need a club or anything, just join a group via meetup or similar...gym is fine, but you usually don't get to talk with people - Join some social events to learn to talk with people in person.... I got some matches with women I was on the same events with (e.g. Salsa and Board Game Events).. but just talk casually...
