I get it, he is fast, but is that pace sustainable for a whole shift? or is this just "f-you" speed.

Ah yes, let's put a newbie in the worst position available with no way of being productive and then blame him for not being productive.
02/10/22
Like it see him keep it up for 10-12 hours....
02/10/22
The fucker does not let him even touch one of the shit. And looks at the poor guy like it is his fault... what a jerk
02/10/22
Who is Joe?
02/10/22
lol what an asshole
02/10/22
Well, if someone put him there it's not his fault
02/10/22
Ahhh... zombie jobs.
02/10/22
I used to be like that guy. Worked in a call center for half a year to make some money and always tried to be "fast and take as many calls as possible". Made more errors and problems than people that made half as many calls. Not always the best idea to be as fast as you can in your job.
02/10/22
And then that guy will be whining "I get no help" and " I do everything alone"
02/10/22
Working fast as you can is just like giving your boss a rimjob
02/10/22
I don't understand what he is doing wrong. He's staking the boxes correctly, works fast, whats the deal?
02/10/22
Judging by that one tray toss I believe their job is also to do some sort of quality checking or seeing that the packaging is not damaged. I'm sure he is experienced in spotting faults, but if that is his regular work tempo and if he works the 8 hour a day, he is doomed to let slightly faulty ones through more than the average speed worker. He is fast yes. But is he good at his job? Questionable and debatable.
02/10/22
ya go ahead, do my part of the job to, what an inconvenience for me o no
02/10/22
Newbie is working smart, not hard
02/10/22
Still have bigger salary than the old guy...
02/10/22
imagine doing that for 50 years hahahaha. Slavery
02/10/22
Maybe switch the positions. ?? Poor management.
