I'm not expert but as far as I can tell you never get rid of it. You think about it until you find some reason to exist instead of run from reality.
Others distract themselves with chemicals or entertainment.
Even if you decide not look like a loser compared to animals who simply live, and you decide to win something for yourself you will find yourself thinking about it from time to time.
With that in mind I'd say: Enjoy the nice things and "it is what it is" the rest of it.
You just have to hold on for the moments that are worth it.
It’s all bad, apart from these little moments of happiness. They are what keeps us together. Just go on. Let the dread fade away or do something that you like and gives you pleasure. Until the next time, I guess.
Just find something to hold on. Im in a crisis myself, so my opinion shouldn’t be worth so much, but that’s how I cope.
