If russia doesn't stop now, the world will forever change. Russia won't ever be the same. Other countries will use these events to gain their own advantage over russia whether it be through trade or land.
All this is important. The battle on this bridge is the battle on the "lecture" of its fall. It is not (only) a matter of material strategic advantage on the battlefield and in eventual negotiations. It's about the general frame in which this and other facts are understood. Whether it was Ukrainians or Russians, it is important to seize the narrative and let it be understood as "anyway, a victory for the Ukrainians" + "anyway a demise and a humiliation for the Russians". The mediatic battle is just as important as the material one. And even if we are nobodies, it is important to do our little share also in this respect. We have to make it hegemonic and keep it so the idea that Putin and Russia are suffering humiliations and defeats in all respect.
Plus I did a stupid little dance listening to this.
If I could make a wish right now I would wish some brilliant hacker would hijack the public TV signal in Russia and just played this on loop for an hour or so.
