For those who need context, the guy in the motorcycle is accompanying the ambulance behind to help clear the road as most Indonesian drivers don't usually make way for ambulances, as seen on this video.
Stay away from vagenes on bikes. That’s the one rule I always follow being a commuter in Vietnam. I have a lady friend and she is a good insight into why women drivers are almost always worse. She got into three vehicular accidents in a year, and the root cause of all three was basically her hormones. Every time it happened because she lost focus in the moment because her mind was taken elsewhere due to close proximity to her period and/or something happened that affected her emotionally and she couldn’t pay attention to the road. One time she suddenly realise she forgot to helmet on and decided to put it on with one hand while still driving and crashed. Another lady friend of my got off controlling vehicles altogether because she also got diagnosed with hormonal imbalances and mental issues due to feminine problems, she only rides buses now. Controlling vehicles sometimes require fast decision making and bitches aren’t equipped to do that.
Priority always goes to vehicles going straight (in lane), especially if within speed limit, except when there are traffic signs that says otherwise. Hijab girl didn't give way, was hasty, and braked mid-turn in the middle of the lane. All this without wearing any helmet. She's lucky the guy slowed down.
When I was in Java in 2018 I asked my driver why some trucks have their warning lights while on the road…he replied that it’s for warning other drivers that they don’t have brakes…
