Yeah, women can't do the same stuff men do and vice-versa... in an ever-narrowing pool of useful stuff. The things that do absolutely set them apart (physically intensive labor, warmongering and bearing children) are the exact things none want to do because it's simply not beneficial for either. She is the sort of girl that spews "emotional intelligence" guru shit for upper middle class karens to live their insufferable, useless lives.
"Equality for women" has always meant equality in the eyes of the law. Everyone knows we're not literally the same. "Being seen as equal" simply means being given the same chances and opportunities and not righting women off as unable to do certain jobs or hold certain offices.
For example, men are *generally* more physically suited to work jobs with lots of heavy lifting. That doesn't mean that in every man vs. woman match up, the man will be stronger or more capable.
Just like men don't like being judged as dangerous or scary, women just want to be judged on their abilities as individuals instead of a group.
A lot of generic stuff coming out her mouth without some concrete ideas or examples. The whole point of feminism is to have equal rights (and obligations). To be equal as human beings. What she says is only true where biological differences matter eg a job that needs physical strength.
